"Comeandsee" and the Comeandsee logo are registered trademarks of CG. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Access to Platform and Accounts

You may navigate our platform as a visitor or registered user. Users with different roles (e.g., learner, administrator) may have varying levels of access. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.

CG reserves the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access to the platform or any part of it at any time without notice.

In creating an account, you will be asked to provide personal data such as your name, email address and username, as well as any other additional information. You guarantee that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and give permission to CG to use the information for, but not limited to, the delivery of our services to you and any such related situations.

• Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content;

CG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing Law
