Synopsis
Health and safety is important in the workplace due to the many hazards that could exist. As well as being subject to laws and regulations, it is important to educate workers to prevent injuries and serious consequences, and to promote their health and wellness. This course will cover the following techniques: First Aid, CPR, Lifting, Fire Safety and Incident Reporting.
Learning Objectives
- (1) Understand the importance of a safe workplace environment
(2) Know how to perform basic first aid, CPR, lifting, fire safety and incident reporting

An experienced facilitator and trainer with more than 20 years of experience. She was the head of Bank Julius Baer Academy before she left the organization in 2015 where she co-designed the People Development framework and implemented the training curriculum and courses. She enjoys working with people and has strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. She has over 20 years of experience in developing content for adult learners.
