💰 IBF Financial Training Scheme

The Financial Training Scheme (“FTS”) is designed to promote financial sector training. The FTS supports recognised training programmes and is administered by IBF.

  • Course fee subsidies up to 30% or 70% depending on age.
  • Company-sponsored Singapore Citizens and PRs pay net course fees.

FTS funding is not claimable for non-company sponsored participants of financial institutions.

We will require NRIC records and other personal data for the purpose of verification of identity and administering the enhanced course fee subsidies.

Appointed representatives are expected to undergo continuing education so as to keep abreast of developments in the financial advisory industry and update their skills and knowledge in relation to the type of financial advisory services they provide.

Under MAS Notice FAA-N13 and SFA 04-N09, appointed representatives are required to undertake structured CPD, which includes a minimum of 6 training hours* in respect of Ethics; or Rules and Regulations, or both (referred to as Core CPD hours).

*Only training hours of courses in Ethics or Rules and Regulations or both, as the case may be, which are accredited by IBF or SCI will be counted towards the Core CPD hours.

From 1 October 2025, all FTS learners are required to record their attendance at specific checkpoints. Kindly ensure you have a valid SingPass account and a mobile device for e-attendance purposes.

📋 Your Personal Data

Formal requests must be made to access and request correction of personal data. You are required to complete the respective forms below, and only upon approval of the Data Protection Officer will your request be entertained.

🌐 Site Navigation

When you login, you will see the courses that you are enrolled in on your dashboard. Simply select the course, scroll down to the Course Activities section, and click on the first activity/unit to get started.

*Course activities/units are available in sequential order - you will only be able to access subsequent units after completing the preceding unit.

You may click on '<- COURSE' located above the course title, which will take you back to the Course Overview page. Or, under the course title, select 'Course Overview'.

You can view your information by going to your profile icon (denoted by your initials at the top of the webpage) and selecting 'Profile'.

💳 Payments & Certificates

Payments for courses can be made via debit or credit card.

After completing a course, you may immediately view and download your certificate by clicking on the Certificate of Completion unit. You may see an overview of all your attained certificates by clicking on your profile icon (top right of the webpage) -> 'Profile' -> 'My certificates'.

You may email us at smartlearn@comeandsee.com.sg to request for certificate verifications, but you are required to have authorisation from the learner beforehand.

🛠️ Technical Support

If you are waiting for an email from smartlearn@comeandsee.com.sg or notify@comeandsee.com.sg but have not received any, it may have landed in your junk mail or spam folder. Please check through there first.

It may also be necessary for you to whitelist the email address. Adding the email address to your contacts will usually send any emails from that address to your inbox. You could also go to your mail settings, find the feature that handles junk emails or safe sender lists, and add the smartlearn@comeandsee.com.sg and notify@comeandsee.com.sg to that list.

Go to the login page and click on 'Forgotten your username or password?'. Enter your username or your email address, and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

You may email us at smartlearn@comeandsee.com.sg for any queries you have for the course instructors. Kindly include the course title and/or topic in your email, and we will revert to you in 3-5 working days.

When you fail all the available attempts on an assessment, you can still have another chance to complete the course. Send an email requesting to reset your progress to smartlearn@comeandsee.com.sg. Don't forget to include your username and the course title.

You are required to enable your location settings in your chosen browser prior to recording your attendance using the e-attendance link. Once your location setting is enabled, refresh the page and allow location access when prompted.
