Synopsis
This course explores the concept of ethical leadership and its evolving value, especially within today’s corporate landscape with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
Through the study of foundational principles, ethical decision-making theories, and practical strategies, learners will gain essential skills to become ethical leaders dedicated to the common good and making a positive global impact.

An experienced facilitator and trainer with more than 20 years of experience. She was the head of Bank Julius Baer Academy before she left the organization in 2015 where she co-designed the People Development framework and implemented the training curriculum and courses. She enjoys working with people and has strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. She has over 20 years of experience in developing content for adult learners.
